Actuary - ALM/Hedging - Selby Jennings

This is the company everyone wants to work for, and they're currently looking to add an FSA-level Actuary to their Asset-Liability Management (ALM) and Hedging team.

This high-impact role is based in scenic Minneapolis, Minnesota, and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge strategies in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. The company is seeking someone who can be on-site full-time (5 days/week) to be fully immersed in their dynamic culture.

• Lead enterprise-level projects with significant strategic impact
• Collaborate across Product Development, Hedging, and ALM teams
• Drive the development and execution of Hedging and ALM strategies
• Potential to manage and mentor junior actuaries
• Leverage advanced tools, including generative AI, to optimize processes

• 8+ years of actuarial experience, ideally across annuities, life insurance, and reinsurance structures
• Strong technical skills in SQL, C++, Excel, VBA, or similar programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Professional designations: FSA, MAAA, and/or CFA
