What You'll Do:
- Manage and support international tax compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings across jurisdictions.
- Analyze the tax implications of global business operations and transactions.
- Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Stay current on international tax developments and assess their impact on the business.
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience, with a strong focus on international tax.
- Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is highly preferred.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
