Social Worker, Act Clinician, Outpatient

We are currently seeking three dedicated Social Workers to join our team as Act Clinicians in Bethel, AK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of outpatient mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide community-based mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual treatment plans
3. Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic services
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
5. Advocate for clients and support their recovery goals

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska
• Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
