Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Coordinator job in Greenwood Village, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

Heavy invoice research and resolving payment discrepancies
Sorting and filtering data in large data sets
Providing excellent customer service to vendors over phone and e-mail regarding payment statuses
Paying bills through online portals
Setting up new vendors in payment portals

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Previous experience in Avidxchange preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent analytical skills

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $24.00 and $26.00
