Responsibilities

Duties and Accountabilities:

• Prepare and record periodic journal entries for National Fountain and Volume reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations for Pepsi Distributor Partnership (PDP), Enterprise Promotion Management (EPM) and A/R Clearing.
• Support distributor deductions review and clearance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Shared Services.
• Prepare periodic National Fountain sales mix analysis, supporting Assoc. Manager and period-end performance report tie-out and flash.
• Prepare reporting and analytics for periodic Balance Sheet Review.
• Prepare Q-Schedules for Inventory.
• Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis.
• Assist internal and external partners with ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Additional Support Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

• Support Manager with analyzing National Fountain business results, including analytics and other ad hoc requests.
• Prepare distributor reporting upon request.
• Participate in special projects to improve overall National Fountain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (MBA/CPA a Plus).
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP S4 HANA/ECC, BW and Business Objects and/or able to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
