ACCOUNT PAYABLE JOB AVAILABLE IN NEWPORT NEWS, VA
Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable in Newport News, VA
As an Accounts Payable you will be:

• Responsible for monitoring shared inboxes, managing workflows efficiently, and distributing physical mail.
• Responsible for processing lease-related expenses, including utilities, building repairs, insurance, and real estate taxes.
• Responsible for ensuring all charges comply with lease terms and company policies.
• Responsible for communicating with landlords and internal teams to resolve issues and gather necessary information.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records through precise data entry and basic financial calculations.
• Responsible for drafting professional correspondence and maintaining documentation with attention to detail.
• Responsible for utilizing Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
  This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, real estate accounting- preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.

Duration: 6 Months/ 1st shift Fri-Mon (Remote) and Tues-Thus (Onsite) Hybrid schedule
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
