Responsibilities

1. Prepare and record manual journal entries to ensure accuracy of financials
2. Monitor periodic accruals and advances for proper accounting
3. Prepare periodic balance sheet account reconciliations
4. Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries on a timely basis
5. Preparation of HFM reporting schedules (Q9)
6. Provide financial oversight of TPM (Trade payment management) systems.
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve productivity and efficiencies across the team, as well as support new initiatives.

Compensation And Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required (MBA/CPA a Plus)
• 3+ years of related experience
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and Business Objects and/or able to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
