Really exciting opportunity to support a rapidly growing organization in the STL area.

We are seeking an accountant who will prepare, examine, reconcile, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness. The role involves managing the GIL system, including account maintenance, month/quarter-end procedures, and account reconciliation. You will analyze data to create meaningful reports and recommendations, act as a business partner for commercial and operations personnel with expense reporting, and participate in annual business and long-range planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the GIL system, including account maintenance and reconciliation.
• Analyze data and create reports and recommendations.
• Act as a business partner to commercial and operations personnel for expense reporting.
• Participate in annual business and long-range planning processes.
• Match, code, and post customer payments to Accounts Receivable ledger.
• Perform financial aspects of the vehicle fleet management program.
• Conduct training for new hires.
• Assist internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
• Assist with process documentation review and financial documentation cleanup.
• Maintain good internal control procedures in line with ITVV Financial Policy and US GAAP.
• Lead or assist in projects focusing on continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounting, general ledger, and reconciliation.
• Experience with journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a related field.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Audit experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
