Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our growing team at Surety Solutions, A Gallagher Company! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are eager to establish relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. This is a full time hybrid position. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 pm.
How you'll make an impact
Daily Responsibilities
- Be the face of our office by managing the front desk.
- Support business activity, such as handling new business applications, executing and mailing bonds, answering client phone calls, responding to emails, issuing riders, scanning and distributing mail, forwarding voicemails and compiling information for the business.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
- Optimally balance multiple competing priorities.

Required: Bachelor's degree; no experience required.
Preferred: While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we also value practical experience and skills in Microsoft Office and other admin duties. Candidates without a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply if they possess the necessary expertise and meet the other requirements.
