We're seeking a hands-on Abatement Foreman to lead crews in the safe and efficient removal of hazardous materials. If you're a natural leader with a strong safety mindset and field experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate abatement crews on asbestos, lead, and mold remediation projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare reports, and manage project timelines.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper abatement procedures.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in environmental abatement or remediation.
• Valid certifications (e.g., AHERA, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work plans and safety documentation.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Medical provided, 401k match, 6 holidays off, two weeks PTO

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Azusa, CA.
