ABAP Engineer SAP & Microsoft Platform Integration

We are seeking an experienced ABAP Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team, focused on migrating and supporting integrations between SAP backend systems and Microsoft platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and BTP. This role requires a strong foundation in ABAP development, T-Code usage, and cross-platform integration, along with the ability to support production applications and contribute to architectural planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate and support ABAP-based integrations across SAP, Azure, Power Platform, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing cross-platform integration strategies.
• Support and maintain production applications within the SAP and Microsoft platform ecosystem.
• Perform configuration and layout of enterprise infrastructure in accordance with internal policies.
• Conduct capacity planning, disaster recovery design, and infrastructure optimization.
• Recommend best practices for high availability, backup, recovery, and business continuity.
• Promote shared infrastructure and integration patterns to reduce complexity and cost.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with platform and solution architects to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with ABAP development and SAP T-Code usage.
• Familiarity with SAP backend systems and cross-platform integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BTP, Azure, Power Platform, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Background in infrastructure planning, optimization, and integration architecture.
• Experience supporting production applications in a hybrid SAP-Microsoft environment.
