Practice Setting
- Level II Nursery and advanced Women’s Center with state-of-the-art LDRs and private post-partum suites
- On-site surgical team and 24-hour anesthesia support
- Work with certified nurse midwives, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
Schedule:
- Incoming physician is needed for 7-10 days a month total
- While working physicians are paid hourly for being on call 24 hours even if they’re not needed
- Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Operating room blocks are Monday & Friday, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Shared call model supported by CNM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual pay up to $504,000+, depending on how many days you cover
- Travel stipend of $3,000/month for candidates residing outside the area
- Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice with tail coverage
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for full-time residents
- Additional compensation for call coverage is available
