Medical Device Assembler
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
- Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with microscope use.
- Small part assembly skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with microscope 90% of the shift.
- Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device assembly is preferred but not required.
- Cleanroom experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, calipers, and micrometers.

Work Environment:
- Work in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time, closely collaborating with your team at workstations.
- The 1st shift starts at either 5:30 AM or 5:45 AM.
- The 2nd shift starts at either 3:30 PM or 3:45 PM.
- Be prepared to engage in physical tasks involving mechanical and electrical assembly, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
