2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler

Electromechanical Assembler - $25-$26/hr.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team for the 1st and 2nd shift. This role involves assembling and testing various electrical and mechanical components with precision and care serving the military and defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks.

• Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for the precise assembly of equipment and products.

• Construct and test wire harness connections efficiently.

• Utilize various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.

• Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to specified standards.

• Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

• Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.

Essential Skills

• 2-5+ years of electromechanical experience.

• Proficient in all aspects of wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.

• Experience in electronic assembly and mechanical production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Soldering or previous IPC certifications are highly desirable.

• Minimum 3-5 years of assembly experience is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
