About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Mill Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position involves operating CNC machines and performing tooling changes for iron cast products primarily used in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform tooling changes and setups as needed.
• Handle parts ranging from 5 to 250 pounds (average 50 pounds).
• Ensure precision machining according to blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with CNC mill operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Experience in a unionized work environment is a plus.
