2026 R&D, Product & Process Development Engineering Intern

In Product & Process Development, the engineering intern will work closely with engineers on a variety of tasks supporting the ideation, design and development of medical devices in the field of Regenerative Medicine.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Work under direct supervision of an "assignment manager" on tasks that will support R&D projects in the regenerative medicine pipeline
• Support physical testing of prototypes and sample materials, data analysis, and documentation/presentation generation
• Support the fabrication and processing of prototypes in the R&D process lab under direct guidance from experienced team members
• Organize data in shared collaboration spaces
• Communicate with team members in brainstorming and problem solving

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Bioengineering or other related field
• Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 June 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to undergraduate engineering courses
• Exposure to working in undergraduate engineering and science laboratory setting
• Exposure to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
