Responsibilities

  Participate in morning meetings to align with the value stream objectives.

  Validate equipment to ensure compliance and functionality.

  Support day-to-day operations by investigating non-conformances and addressing complaints.

• n

  Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cell setup.

Essential Skills

• n

  Proficiency in SolidWorks.

  n
n
• n

  Experience with design of experiments (DOE).

  n
n
• n

  Proven track record in lean six sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

  n

• n

  Project management skills.

  n
n
• n

  Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.

  n

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial manufacturing environment.

• n

  Experience in a team-oriented environment.

  n

• n

  Six Sigma Green Belt training is preferred.

  n

• n

  Lean Manufacturing training is preferred.

  n
