1st Shift Assembly

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find reliable assembly workers on 1st shift.
Pay: $18 to $20+ (Based on Experience)
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (OT may extend end time to 3:30pm and/or include work on Saturdays)

Overview
The Assembler, reporting to the Assembly Manager, is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies to create components for products.
Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
• Position and assemble parts using templates or measurements, ensuring correct fit.
• Verify component specifications through measurement and resolve assembly issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Monitor and manage supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation, contributing to team goals.
• Comply with corporate and plant safety standards and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).
• Strong math, blueprint reading, and torque value knowledge.
• Forklift experience and familiarity with Lean manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED, with attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.
• Good finger and hand dexterity.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
