1st Shift - Assembler

Assembler

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented assemblers to join our team. As an assembler, you will be assigned to a production line where you will rotate tasks to ensure the assembly of high-quality products using various tools and fixtures. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions to create high-quality products.
• Use power tools to perform sub-assemblies.
• Hand assemble small parts with precision.
• Utilize test equipment to ensure products meet quality expectations and standards.
• Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, and pinched wires.
• Use workstation computers to read schedules, match parts to work orders, and scan parts into inventory software.
• Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with PPE provided.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of assembly experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and working on an assembly line.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, general labor, or related fields is advantageous.

Work Environment

Our facility operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Enjoy working in a climate-controlled environment with all necessary PPE provided.

Job Type & Location

This position is based out of Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
