A facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

Everything is bigger in Texas! That's why there is just so much to do in El Paso, Texas including the El Paso Museum of Art, the Water Parks, the Zin Valle Vineyards, and the Zoo.

This urgent care group is seeking local PRN APPs with 36 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience. Candidates must be board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds and comfortable treating patients as young as three months. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday 8 a.m.6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m.5 p.m., with no mileage or lodging provided. Clinics are fast-paced, averaging 3060 patients per day, with volume increasing during flu season. Experience in urgent care, family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics is preferred, along with consistent availability. Providers should be skilled in laceration repair, I&D, X-ray and EKG interpretation, and have experience with workers comp; DOT certification is a plus. The EMR system used is Practice Velocity.
