Houston, Texas Women’s Health – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Locum Tenens | PRN Shifts

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide PRN coverage at an outpatient women’s health clinic in Houston, Texas. This short-term assignment offers daytime hours, a manageable patient load, and an opportunity to provide essential women’s health services in a supportive outpatient setting.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Houston, Texas
• Setting: Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic
• Dates: September 23rd (Tuesday) & September 26th (Friday)
• Schedule: 9:00am – 3:00pm
• Patient Volume: ~20 patients/day
• Charting: Paper Charting
• Staffing Model: Solo Provider

Clinical Scope

• Comprehensive Well-Woman Exams
• Prescribe birth control and manage contraceptive options
• Provide care for patients of all ages
• No narcotics prescribing required

Candidate Requirements

• Active Texas NP license
• Board Certification (NCCPA/ANCC/AANP)
• Previous outpatient or women’s health experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently as a solo provider
