A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in State Farm, Virginia.

This opportunity has a two-week credentialing timeframe and offers a MondayFriday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the option for four 10-hour shifts. The facility is seeking an MD or autonomous NP, with confirmation pending on PA acceptance. No call is required, and providers typically see 1820 adult patients per day. A valid Virginia license and DEA are required. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs, with documentation done on paper charts and Sapphire used for prescriptions.
