Construction Laborer

Join a well-established, family-owned construction company with deep roots in Maine since 1938. We're looking for motivated general laborers with 12 years of experience to help build docks, piers, and retaining walls across beautiful Midcoast Maine. What You'll Do

• Assist in building docks, piers, and retaining walls alongside a small, skilled crew
• Use hand and power tools to complete a variety of construction tasks
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and reliably

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and general construction skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 70 lbs)
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic boat knowledge
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
