Overview:
As an X-Ray Technology Specialist, you'll deliver essential clinical and administrative support while working under the guidance of Providers, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants. Your main focus will be on delivering outstanding patient service in a friendly and supportive environment. Your ability to respond rapidly and accurately to changes in patients' conditions will directly contribute to their care and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and administrative support, ensuring all procedures align with company policies.
- Monitor and manage x-ray orders for timely completion.
- Assist patients in proper positioning during exams to guarantee quality diagnostic images.
- Conduct exams following federal and state regulations while upholding HIPAA compliance.
- Review and submit images for feedback by the provider and the Radiology Group.
- Maintain the x-ray equipment, addressing minor maintenance issues and reporting any concerns.
- Collect patient vitals and clinical history, perform blood draws, and assist in other basic nursing tasks as needed.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all patients and team members.
Experience Requirements:
- Must possess a current ARRT License and relevant state license.
- A minimum of a high school diploma with at least 1-year experience as a certified X-Ray Technologist is preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
