Job Description:
As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. You'll work in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient safety while delivering precise, high-quality radiographic images.
Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians
Position patients correctly and operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment as required
Evaluate radiographs for image quality and accuracy
Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate results
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation

Education and Certification Requirements:

ARRT (R) certification required
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Active state license (if applicable)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Previous hospital or clinical experience strongly preferred
