Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional clinical and administrative support, adhering to all company policies and regulations.
• Efficiently manage and track X-ray orders to ensure timely execution.
• Assist patients with proper positioning during exams for optimal diagnostic results.
• Review and label exam images accurately, ensuring compliance with health regulations, including HIPAA.
• Perform initial checks on X-ray images before sending them to the Radiology group for further evaluation.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on imaging equipment and address minor issues promptly.
• Help in maintaining a clean and safe environment in the X-ray room, preventing cross-contamination.
• Administer basic patient care, including triaging patients, taking vitals, and collecting medical histories.
• Support new employees with their onboarding experience and assist in training.
• Foster positive relationships with all staff, patients, and healthcare professionals to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Current ARRT License (Registered Technologist) and State License (if applicable), both in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience varies by level (from entry-level to advanced roles), including relevant experience in urgent care settings preferred.
• Skills in direct patient care and familiarity with basic nursing tasks such as blood draws and injections are desirable.
