X-Ray Technologist Opportunity Connecticut
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic, hospital-based imaging team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment-with potential for leadership growth for experienced candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Perform diagnostic radiography for patients across the ED, inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and regulatory protocols
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to support exceptional care
What We're Looking For:
- ARRT certification
- Valid Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly, W-2 employed position
- $32-$48/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 2+ years of experience
- Student loan repayment eligibility through PSLF
- 403(b) retirement plan with 2% safe harbor contribution and up to 3% match
