Job Description

This position oversees delivery of consumer support services for assigned locations. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. Multiple resource and/or reimbursement models may be involved in achieving objectives within broad guidelines.

Qualifications

The qualifications include a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, state licensure at the associate level, two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, two-year previous supervisory experience, verbal and written communication skills, travel ability, experience in managing systems and people, knowledge of regulations, calculator and office equipment operation, good organizational skills, supervisory skills, responsibility with confidential information, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
