Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Per Year
We are actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in San Diego . This role involves delivering specialized wound management care to patients with acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed assessments to create individualized wound care treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapies to manage and treat various wound types.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide education to patients and their families on wound care best practices.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of treatment plans and progress.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care.
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with a specialization in wound care .
Proven experience in wound management and patient care.
Strong knowledge of current wound care treatment protocols and healing processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
