We have a new opening for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) specializing in wound care

Location: Lansing, MI and surrounding area
Flexible full-time schedule M-F
Post-Acute care inpatient setting
No call
Create individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds
Educate and consult with nursing staff and other healthcare providers including dress changes, hygiene, and recognizing complications.
Integrate and work closely with the IDT and primary care teams within the facilities
Experienced clinicians specializing in wounds, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
Certified wound care NP/PA preferred, will accept wound care experienced NP/PA
Active Michigan NP/PA license
Active DEA preferred but not required
