Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Wood Pallet Assembler to join their team. As a Wood Pallet Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing department, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions, which will enable them to align successfully within the organization.

Location: Prattville, AL

Pay Range: $16/hr

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate assigned machines in accordance with standard procedures.
• Secure and maintain necessary materials and supplies for the operation.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
• Feed materials into machines and monitor operations for efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and perform equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
