Windchill Business Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong Windchill experience to support a high-priority initiative transitioning Bill of Materials (BOM) data from Excel into Windchill. This role is critical to aligning stakeholders, finalizing requirements, and ensuring a successful Q1 go-live. This is 100% remote role.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and align on MVP scope and requirements.
* Analyze existing BOM data and support migration into Windchill Version 13.
* Build and manage add/delete/replace part lists in Windchill.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve conflicting opinions and drive consensus.
* Escalate issues effectively when alignment stalls.
* Apply Windchill best practices for part mastering, CAD integration, and BOM management.
* Support phased release strategy and post-go-live planning.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Windchill environments.
* Strong understanding of BOM structures, part mastering, and CAD integration.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work through user stories and requirements with clarity and precision.
* Skilled in navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
