Welder

Welder- 1st Shift

Join a pioneering team that leads the industry in robotic automation and material handling equipment. You will contribute to manufacturing sophisticated low-level palletizers, high and low-level case palletizers, and multi-line case palletizing systems for major partners in the Food, Beverage, and Chemical industries.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy with alignment, dimensions, materials, and the number of components. Set up weldments per blueprint specifications. Perform MIG welding according to blueprint specifications, including arc and stud welding, and torch utilization. Properly set up welding machines to achieve correct welding penetration. Clean welds to check for imperfections. Ensure proper finish and squareness. Interpret work orders, blueprints, and bills of material. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work the first shift from 5:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime is voluntary on Fridays and Saturdays. The facility is very clean and well-lit, with a supportive welding crew of 4-5 people.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
