7am-3pm Weekends
3-11pm Weekends
11pm-7am Weekends
Responsibilities of RN/LPN :

The Registered/Licensed Nurse will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
The Registered/Licensed Nurse follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
The Registered/Licensed Nurse performs Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Qualifications of RN/LPN:

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state Virginia
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
