Weekend Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, achieving targeted patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff, guiding actions and attitudes to promote excellent patient care.
• Conduct thorough reviews of patients' medical histories and current conditions.
• Ask targeted questions to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Implement clinical protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Deliver patient-centric care, balancing safety, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA standards.
• Engage with telehealth patients for timely follow-ups and care management.
• Utilize diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments responsibly.
• Promote a culture of respect and confidentiality within the clinic.
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees, providing proper training and support.
• Encourage team collaboration to enhance overall patient care and experience.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management, including periodic on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred in urgent care, family practice, or similar settings.
• Active license and DEA certification in good standing; DOT certification within 120 days of hire.
