As a Web Check-In Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support across our Final Mile locations. Your responsibilities will include accurately completing and validating delivery stop details through data entry in our software systems promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review delivery paperwork to ensure completion of the scope of work.
• Validate and reconcile order data efficiently.
• Accurate data entry of delivery paperwork into designated databases.
• Process daily orders and provide support to Logistics Coordinators as needed.
• Assist with the check-in process for delivery teams.
• Respond to inbound calls from customers and delivery teams professionally.
• Ensure validation of badges and uniforms for compliance.
• Interact with delivery teams to guarantee precise data processing.
• Utilize strong customer service skills to manage escalated issues effectively.
• Spend approximately 75% of time in the office and 25% in the warehouse.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for operational improvements.
• Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during phone interactions.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adjust hours during peak events as necessary.

Qualifications We Seek:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Exceptional data entry abilities with a strong focus on detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office setting.
• Competencies required: customer service, accuracy, quality focus, organization, time management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
