Salary: $80,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage project teams dedicated to the design and construction of reliable water and wastewater treatment facilities.
2. Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline, achieving all project goals.
3. Coordinate project activities comprehensively, from construction administration to quality control.
4. Forge and nurture long-lasting relationships with both internal and external clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
5. Provide tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of client needs and project requirements.
6. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to analyze structural requirements, design elements, and execute engineering solutions effectively.
7. Oversee the preparation and approval of technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
8. Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers and project managers.
9. Promote and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters learning, innovation, and high-performance among team members.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
3. Over 6 years of experience in structural design, focusing on water and wastewater treatment projects.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing complex projects.
5. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing teams and client relationships.
6. Experience in collaboratively working in multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
2. Professional experience in project management, with prior involvement in federal or large-scale projects.
