Warehouse Supervisor

Pay rate: $24 - $26/hr.
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, and restocking.
• Manage inventory accuracy through recordkeeping, cycle counts, and monitoring stock levels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training or certification available).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Utilize computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and order management systems.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
