Warehouse Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Balch Springs, TX! Join a small, hands-on team where you'll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Unload incoming trucks (palletized and individual items).
• Load outbound trucks according to scheduled shipments.
• Track product movement using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with labeling, verifying shipments, and organizing inventory.
• Step off the forklift as needed to support manual handling and warehouse upkeep.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
• Familiarity with WMS or basic computer skills preferred.
• Willing to work overtime when needed to meet production and delivery demands.
