Warehouse Material Handler

The employee is responsible for moving, stacking, and managing materials within the warehouse. This role supports daily logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Move materials to designated storage areas, racks, or pallets.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient operation.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in packaging and material handling.
• Forklift operation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and maneuvering packages.
• Basic math and inventory skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
