Warehouse Leader

• Ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet organizational needs by ordering products and managing both out-of-stock and overstocked items.
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, retrieve stored information, place orders, or respond to inquiries (e.g., inventory levels or delivery schedules).
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure goods are stored correctly and safely, and that warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and equipment protection, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to optimize team resources and ensure work schedules and targets are met.
• Supervise staff to ensure all warehouse activities are conducted safely, including the operation of machines and equipment.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining effectiveness of the quality system
• Responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met, including order fulfillment to customers, affiliates and distributors, and CAPA and quality-related initiatives
• Communication and coordination with other departments to ensure business needs are met
• Attend meetings, and drive department tasks to completion
• Complete performance assessments, reviews, and corrective counseling as needed.
• Oversee implementation of new procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, and/or Operations
• Strong knowledge of shipping/warehousing operations, budgeting, IATA, DOT, FDA and ISO regulations
• At least 1 years of personnel management

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to lead medium to large scale division-wide projects
• Audit responsibility in preparation of warehouse spaces, and serve as a SME during audit walkthroughs (internal and external)
• Act as process owner of warehouse systems
• Conduct tier meetings with Warehouse staff
• Maintain and present KPIs and department metrics to department leaders
• Identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to improve overall department health and success

The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 – $170,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
