Job Summary

Join the dynamic operations team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, as a Warehouse Attendant. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations to support the various needs of the stadium.

Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
Fills requisitions
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales, crates and other containers.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Uses computer to enter records.
Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.
Maintains inventory records.
Thoroughly and accurately uses Levy purchasing and other systems
Thoroughly completes all warehouse set-up and breakdown responsibilities
Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
Event based scheduling, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or related experience preferred

Physical demands:

Frequent lifting and transporting up to 60 lbs.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and operating machinery.
Frequent and/or constant standing and walking.
Environmental exposure includes dust, chemicals, allergens, outdoor weather elements, HVAC, potential electrical hazards associated with stadium environment.
