Warehouse Associate Paint Handling (Hot Environment)

Our client, a manufacturing and production services provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate Paint Handling (Hot Environment) to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have reliability, safety awareness, and a positive attitude.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $10.00

What's the Job?

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver 5-gallon paint containers and other materials weighing up to 4050 lbs.
• Perform strenuous physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and continuous movement throughout the shift.
• Work in a nontemperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to heat and paint materials.
• Assist with paint mixing, storage, labeling, and inventory management.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry 4050 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in high-heat conditions and around paint materials.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous warehouse or paint-handling experience is a plus but not required.
