About You

You are a fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree or higher, holding LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (accepted on a state-by-state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. You are eager to establish or expand your private practice by accepting insurance.
