VP Of Ambulatory Infusion Center Sales

Palmetto Infusion provides comprehensive ambulatory and home-based infusion services to both acute and chronically ill patients. Our centers care for people by providing patients and their families with a convenient, affordable, and safe place to receive infusion treatments. Leads, develops, coaches, and supports account managers and regional managers with the endeavor to accomplish company goals.

Schedule: Monday Friday; 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

• Implements Palmetto Infusion's policies and procedures as approved by the senior leadership team.
• Implements the Mission and Values of Palmetto Infusion including the deliverance of high quality, patient focused health care.
• Evaluates staff for performance improvement; initiates disciplinary action when required; ensures staff compliance with SLT directives, via Field Coaching Reports or appropriate HR document.
• Facilitates cross functional teamwork through all organizational departments.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff.
