How You Will Make a Difference

As a passionate, fun and dedicated Supervisor, you are an important part of the store leadership team, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. You foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide sales-related feedback and coaching associate performance daily. You assist in coaching and supervision of the store team, while emulating a best-in-class customer experience. Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional/Retail Experience: 1+ year preferred but not required Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. What we expect you already know: How to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meet business goals by driving results through the store team, good communication skills, being solution oriented and able to be flexible in a fast-paced environment. What we will teach you: How to develop a customer centric mindset and team, how to elevate your ability to coach a team to meet and exceed sales goals, and how to work as a part of a successful leadership team.
