Validation Engineer 3

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Validation Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Validation Engineer 3, you will be part of the Vehicle Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $35 - $41 per hour

  Define vehicle and buck requirements for assigned partitions to ensure project specifications are met.

  Lead the test hardware reduction process for various vehicle partitions to optimize testing efficiency.

• n

  Take appropriate action on issues, lead recovery plan efforts, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• n

  Support the Supplier Validation process to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained.

  n
n
• n

  Develop and maintain partition ADV plans and schedules, providing technical assessments for PDT/PIT phases.

What's Needed?

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  n
n
• n

  5-7 years of relevant auto industry experience, with a strong background in automotive engineering methodology.

• n

  Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication tools such as Lotus Notes.

  n
n
• n

  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

• n

  Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively, partnering with senior management to analyze and resolve issues.
