Utility Driver / Driver Lead

We are currently seeking a Utility Driver / Driver Lead to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will provide primary route coverage for our districts, ensuring seamless service as needed due to vacations, sick days, and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and acting responsibly at all times.
• Deliver safe, friendly, and timely service to our customers.
• Handle the collection of waste oil from customer locations using Class B Tanker Trucks, Box Trucks, and/or Lube Delivery Trucks.
• Mentor and train fellow drivers as part of your duties.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment to oil terminals.
• Act as a backup driver to cover routes whenever necessary.
• Ensure waste and oil are stored correctly and safely.
• Visit and service at least 8 customers daily.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must possess a Class B CDL.
• Will need to obtain Tanker endorsements upon hire.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in training and mentoring others is essential.
• Previous route service driving experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent safety record.
• Strong communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail are critical.
