Manager On The Delivery Defects & Enhancements Intake Team

As a Manager on the Delivery Defects & Enhancements Intake team, you will be the central hub for gathering, organizing, and distributing large volumes of feedback from across Walmart's delivery network. You'll help support AI-enhanced intake and routing systems that reduce manual effort and collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate upcoming initiatives, ensuring alignment and supporting effective cross-functional information flow.

What You'll Do

Centralized Defect Tracking: Improve status tracking across channels using AI-based text classifiers.

Prioritize and Route Requests: Use AI-enabled systems and criteria for routing submissions & follow up.

Maintain Visibility and Accountability: Track issue status using intelligent dashboards.

Support Strategic Planning: Assist with reporting and trend analysis powered by AI insights.

Enable Stakeholder Transparency: Build dashboards and leverage automation for updates.

What You'll Bring

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with exposure to AI tools or automation platforms.

Familiarity with intake management systems and AI-enabled workflow engines.

Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Store Fulfillment processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 6 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 4 years' supervisory experience.

Supervising Associates Masters: Economics Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
