What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day communication and negotiations with TV/HTD suppliers and ODMs.
• Manage P&L for assigned categories, driving supply-demand balance and production capacity.
• Facilitate RFI & NPI processes and weekly meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee supplier performance, cost validation, and quality processes.
• Provide regular and ad hoc business reports to management and partners.

• Proven experience in merchandise planning, supply chain, or category management.
• Strong negotiation skills and P&L ownership.
• Expertise in supplier management and production scheduling.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years' experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area. OR 4 years' experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
